Pre-Initiation

When I chanted the mantra given to me, a Being/Master appeared immediately and asked what is that I want? When I said I wanted to travel up to higher realms, the Master acknowledged and took me to various realms at light speed. Interestingly, when my Father got his mantra and did the meditation he said a similar light being appeared to him and asked the same thing.

Every day when I chanted the mantra, I had a different experience based on what I requested the Master, but the key thing I attribute to the Light and Sound meditation apart from travel to various realms is the “Calm” & “Peace” achieved in a fraction of second. Calming the mind in an instant was as simple as flipping a switch which is amazing! Not that I didn’t know how to calm the mind before, but making that happen in seconds was the amazing experience.

During Initiation

During the initiation, what stood out was the amount of time I meditated for. I believe I meditated for ~4 hours and every time I came out of meditation there was no botheration of body and mind. Having practiced various meditations for a long time, stopping botherations of mind was understandable, but to be able to sit for hours together and not bothered by the body right after initiation was amazing! Especially my mother who cannot sit for more than 30 minutes, was able to sit for ~ 4 hours without complaining was a great experience to see.

There were many beautiful things I saw and felt, but two things stood out of the whole experience. As the body and mind calmed down completely, I was able to see somebody witnessing the body and the body witnessing everything else. It was a beautiful experiential indication that we are not the body or mind, found in theory in all spiritual books but rarely experienced by people.

Another thing I saw was a thousand of people/beings with golden light in their hearts (lightworkers??) going through huge red mountains and there were many known & unknown masters (Adi Shankara, Jesus, Archangels were some of them I recognized) standing on the top of each mountain giving some kind of sermons or lecture to these beings. I was able to vividly see many things which made sense to me about the higher purpose.

Post initiation

I started hearing a Sound which is with me all the time now, loud and clear in spite of any other external noise. When I focus on the Sound, I’m able to connect to a beautiful stream or tube of sound which takes me to the eternal vibration bringing utmost peace and oneness.

I had many visions that were very beautiful & personal. My parents are now into the mode of regular meditation and are doing it on their own without me asking them to do it. As far as I’m concerned, I’m really enjoying my journey from

Outside to Inside deeply on a daily basis, showering in the light, getting to know the “real” me more and more…Thanks to Light and Sound meditation, the masters and torch-bearers of this movement for sharing their guidance to help the whole of humanity. Its a great service to all people (spiritual and not spiritual).
