What you are about to read was originally written for those who received the First Initiation in the traditional way — through a touch or transfer of Spiritual Energy from an Enlightened Teacher. Today, however, many people are Awakening naturally, often through meditation, contemplation, or sudden inner experience. This site is equally for you. It offers insight into the same Light and Sound energies, the same inner Journey, and the same goal of Spiritual Realization — but without requiring any specific form of Initiation. Whether your Awakening has come quietly and unexpectedly, or through conscious guidance, these teachings will help you recognise and deepen what is already beginning within you.

Initiation
Congratulations on receiving the Light and Sound initiation. This Revelation has existed since the dawn of Spirituality on this Planet. If you now read the scriptures from around the world, they will begin to make much more sense. You will see that they all refer to the Light of God and the Word, or Universal Vibration.
It is these Energies that are now available to you; all you need to do is Meditate. When you are Initiated, you are taken by the Energies into the High Spiritual Realms. This happens because the person who Initiated you formed a ‘bridge’ between yourself and the Spiritual Hierarchy. Depending on how much you were able to relax and let go, you will have been taken along particular Stages of the Path. This Path, if followed to its conclusion, leads to True Spiritual Enlightenment.
Each person’s Journey is specific to them; however, there are many Revelations that are common. On receiving the ‘Touch’ or Energy Transfer, people often see a starry sky, sometimes with planets and galaxies. There are great Planes of the most wonderful geometries demonstrated in exquisite contrast and flawless detail. These can be perceived in white or golden-white Light, as well as a multitude of colours. An Initiate may see the ‘Thousand-Petalled Lotus’, which will appear as an incredibly bright, vibrant disc full of intricate shapes and forms. Often a small black dot will appear at the centre, which may grow and eclipse the disc. This represents your mind trying to understand what is happening and consequently getting in the way. With time, you will be able to relax more; the dot will shrink and disappear, allowing you to travel through the ‘Lotus’ and into the Regions beyond.
The Sound Current can take many forms—from a deep rumbling to a multitude of high frequencies. Within these vibrations, musical instruments may be heard, as well as the sounds of nature. It is not unusual to hear the Sound in your daily life. As you become more proficient, you will be able to access it almost at will. Even under noisy conditions it can still be heard, showing it is definitely not tinnitus or some other form of physical vibration. Some of you may have been aware of aspects of the Sound Current prior to Initiation.
During your Meditations, you may experience incredible movement, as if you are being propelled in a space rocket. Try to trust and allow the Energies to unfold naturally. You cannot possibly navigate these Regions—there is no map. You will be taken at the perfect rate for you. The Sound Current will carry you, while the Light will teach you along the Way. Try not to use intellect while you are Meditating. When the Energies reveal Themselves, allow Them to just be: don’t analyse them through the process of thinking. You can do that after you finish Meditation. Talk to other Initiates; this will help you realise the wonder of these beautiful Realms. It is a good idea to keep a Meditation diary to help you recall your Experiences and Realisations.
Occasionally, Meditators will become aware of the Light and Sound while in the dream state. When this happens, you will know you are not dreaming, as everything is sharp and vivid. You will also remember the Experience in all its detail when you wake up.
The Spiritual Hierarchy may make contact with you; this can happen in a number of ways. It may be as a physical presence, a ‘voice’ in your head, or a vision within the Light. If you see a Being, they are usually in a human form. They do this because that is what we expect and are comfortable with. Apparently, we look like blobs of Light to Them! Sometimes you will receive a Message; if this happens, do let us know—even if it makes no sense to you.
Be careful you don’t get too intellectual about the Path. The truth is, you will never really understand Spirituality; it is completely beyond the human mind. However, it is wonderful to have a sense of what is unfolding and build simple models on which to hang our realisations. It also helps us to have a way of sharing our Experiences and Knowledge, which can be very inspiring.
The time after Initiation is crucial. You will need to practise Meditating as much as you can. On the day of your Initiation, you were ‘hauled up the mountain’ and returned back to Earth. Now it is for you to practise ‘climbing’ by yourself.
As with most things in life, the more effort you put in, the more you are likely to achieve and the quicker you will progress. Compared to the great sages who locked themselves away in caves for decades, the Lightwave Path is easy and straightforward. Anyone who can give an hour or so each day can walk the Path and attain Spiritual Enlightenment. As we have said many times before, this is absolutely unprecedented—it is, however, necessary due to the present state of the planet.
Attitude in Meditation is really important. If you are greedy and just seek entertainment, you will be disappointed. Try to demonstrate humility at all times and be grateful for what you have received. Don’t always be looking for the next Revelation. If you do, then the Light and Sound will teach you some painful lessons.
The Realms that have been revealed to you are all demonstrations of higher forms of Love. Therefore, there is nothing that you will experience that could possibly harm you. The only thing that you might fear is letting go of your small self. When the Energies try to take you to a new Region, you have to let go of where you are. Sometimes that can be difficult because you feel safe where you are and fear the unknown. What you will eventually realise is that what you always discover is simply a higher form of yourself. So ask the question: why would you possibly want to harm yourself?

As you Meditate more and more into the Light and Sound that has been revealed to you, on a daily basis, you will develop an inner strength and confidence.
The Light and Sound will teach you in many ways—even when at times it will seem to elude you. It is like the Sun has disappeared behind the clouds—but it is still there and will appear again.
Use your new inner strength and resolve to keep going. Each time you sit on a cushion, be fully present and alert. Some Meditation practices are designed to relax the person and help them in their busy, hectic lives. The Spiritual Light and Sound can make you more conscious, more alive, and give you energy to achieve things in the world.
Find the Love inside you, make it real. Cultivate Love and Acceptance for all.
Talk about your Experiences of Meditation to your friends and families—not the details, but tell them how you are feeling and the changes that may have occurred in your life.
