An experience that I have had this morning is that part of me that was aware of the Sound letting go of that part of me that was sitting. The deeper experience was that of not belonging to the sitting me. The realization was of being free of the sitting me.
I am happy to learn I am doing really well. Let me try to answer your questions.
There was this amazing Silence that I cannot put into words. What I can say is that it was a Silence that was not silent. I only hope you understand what I am trying to put across.
I could sense that I was not confined, there was one continuous Space extending in every direction. There was no down, above, in front behind or below and no sense of time!
In one word I would describe it as Nowhere ( in the sense of Now and Here fused into one).
I hope I have been coherent enough for you to get what I mean in my answers.
