One of the quotes we have used on these pages is: “It’s only the giving that makes you what you are.” However, when a person sits down to meditates it is often a question of, “what am I going to experience?”

The Mission of this Path is twofold. Firstly, to elevate individuals Spiritually and secondly, to Heal the Planet. We have just received information from the Hierarchy showing us how to combine the two objectives.

We need first to realize that giving should always precede receiving. So at the start of EVERY Meditate we should contemplate the sending of Love and Peace to the World. Additionally we can send Light: this is the Light that we Meditate on. See Testimonial (Q.G.)

After we have Meditated on Light is does not just disappear and cease to Be. We as Initiates have to ability to direct it to the Planet and all its lifeforms. We are not supposed to trap it but to bathe in it; we are not its final destination. We can benefit from it and at the same time direct it to help regenerate the Earth.

The sending of Light can be done very much in the same way as Love and Peace, by placing your palms open and facing upwards while resting at your side. After sensing the flow (usually a tingling sensation in the palms) you can start to project this Energy from your mind. When you do this properly you should feel your whole body tingling, particularly around your head. All you need to do is imagine Light Energy pouring out of you and nourishing the whole Planet.

It is not hard to do but may need a little practice. Once you have kickstarted the process you can then Meditate on the Light and Sound as normal. You will have set up a conduit together with a target. Most of you will be using the techniques so will need your hands for this purpose; that is why the sending of Light has to be by other means.

Try to built this into your daily practice as well as longer Meditates. We would also ask that Light is sent during the weekend Global Meditations. Start with the Love and Peace as before for a few minutes then add the Light as explained above.

The Hierarchy have informed us that our Meditations have already had a palpable effect on the Planet; with this new approach we are sure this will be magnified.
