Conscious Breathing

We are having and will continue to have the amazing new States but we mustn’t forget that simple conscious breathing is something we can always use to calm us down in any situation.
It isn’t a backward step but a very important part of our existence.
Anyone who feels overwhelmed should immediately do some minutes of simple abdominal breathing and ask Us in the Spiritual Hierarchy for help.
This is for when people have experiences they can’t handle either in Meditation or in their daily lives.
