Visualization requires the use of the mind. As such it is a very useful tool for the lower vehicles. It enables us to be creative and can help us overcome life’s challenges. Used correctly it can also bring balance to our bodies if they become sick. Positive thinking is enhanced by the creation of images depicting desired outcomes.
However, visualization cannot be used to reveal the Light and Sound as they are Energies from much Higher Dimensions. Many meditation practices rely on this approach but are only working with the Imagination.
Imagination is derived from what has already been experienced. Revelation is always a surprise as it is completely new and previously unknown. Having Meditated on the true Light and Sound we find it impossible to recapture it in our minds. We might remember how we felt and what we realized but it is impossible to recreate the Images and the Sounds.
We can of course describe and visualize the geometries that are seen in Meditation but do so using the light of the mind. Spiritual colours have physical counterparts but exhibit a completely different quality; They seem to be alive and Intelligent! Additionally, the divisions between colours and shapes are demonstrated with absolute perfection. This can never be seen with physical eyes nor visualized with the light of the mind.
It is therefore important that when we Meditate we do so with a “blank canvas.” We should never try to recapture a previous experience as this will be a projection of thought that will merely eclipse the Light of the Higher Spiritual Realms.
We are only shown the Truth when we are both open and relaxed. Please remember that is exactly what the Mantra DEEL RAA SOMM is designed to do.
