General Guidance for Mentoring

This is a role that you may wish to volunteer for, that you would find both rewarding and educational. It is a wonderful way of demonstrating the “Pay it Forward” principle.

As a first Initiate you are eligible to Mentor all Aspirants on breath and mantras, as well as helping to prepare them for Initiation, in conjunction with the Initiating Adept.

You will be given the Mantras and receive training, so that you can select appropriately from the list and give advice regarding their use. Please ask your Adept/Mentor.

You will also be given guidance to prepare people for First Initiation.
Again, ask your Adept/Mentor.

Never worry as you will always be able to ask for help from your personal Mentor and the Initiating Adept.

With the new technological age it may be that you mentor someone in a different country. You will therefore be guiding them through a combination of emails, phone calls and even Skype. Where possible, however, we will assign people to local mentors so that you can also meet face to face.

If for some reason you don’t feel your relationship with the person you are guiding is working out, you can always request that they are mentored by someone else.

Remember a whole team of willing helpers sit behind you and behind them the Spiritual Hierarchy.
